John Doman

John Doman (born 9 January 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American actor. He has a starring role in the HBO series, The Wire, as Deputy Police Commissioner William Rawls. He also had a cameo as a child molester pretending to be a cop in the 2003 film Mystic River.
He guest starred in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Shakaar".
