"John Doe" is the thirty-sixth episode of television series Prison Break and is the fourteenth episode of its second season. The episode title is based on a short-lived FOX series John Doe, starring Dominic Purcell.

Scofield asks Kellerman why he is helping and Kellerman replies, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." Lincoln threathens Kellerman but Kellerman quickly states that he knows where Terrence Steadman is so they head there. Bellick has trouble with other inmates back at Fox River and is part of a fight.
