John Crowell (Alabama)

John Crowell (September 18, 1780 – June 25, 1846) was a Delegate from Alabama Territory and later the first Representative from the state of Alabama. Crowell was born in Halifax County, North Carolina in 1780, and died at Fort Mitchell, Alabama in 1846.
