John Brass was an Australian rugby and rugby league player - a dual international.

Educated at Sydney Boys High School, he toured with the Wallabies in 1966-68 earning 12 Test Caps.

Switching to Rugby League in 1969 he joined the Eastern Suburbs club.

He represented Australia in Rugby League in all three tests against Great Britain in 1970.
