John Bohach

John Bohach was an American businessman who served as one of three associate producers of 1985's The Care Bears Movie, and as one of five executive producers of its 1986 follow-up.
Bohach, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, started his career in the 1970s, during which he worked under various positions at LBS Communications, Red Barron Advertising, American Motors Corporation and General Mills. From 1986 through 1991, he was Vice President of Marketing Service & International Marketing at Kenner Toys. From 1991 to 1997, he was the vice president of marketing services at toy company Tyco.[1] [2] Soon after, he was vice-president of marketing at the Huntington Learning Centre.[1]
In February 2000, Bohach was appointed to the position of vice president of licensing at Marvel-owned Toy Biz. He is now responsible for the evaluation and acquisition of licensed properties across all forms of media.[1]
