John Amadu Bangura

Brigadier John Amadu Bangura was the acting Governor-General of Sierra Leone from 18 April 1968 until 22 April 1968. He was the leader of a coup d'etat that successfully reinstated civilian rule led by Siaka Stevens to the country.
