John Abner Race

John Abner Race (May 12, 1914November 9, 1983) was a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1965-1967; he was defeated for reelection by William A. Steiger. He was born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Race was in the machine tool industry, and was involved in the labor union, and the Democratic Party. He died in Fond du Lac and was buried there.
