I'm contesting this image as fair-use criteria, as a)there are many free images of Lennon around, b) this picture, as it's being used, is not being used just to "show what he looks like" - it's being used in an infobox of him, and 3) if I'm not mistaken, having a fair-use image just to show what someone looks like is against the criteria. I don't think having a fair use image to show what someone looks like is against the criteria in itself. Were there no free images available, this would be acceptable to use; however, the first image (outside of the infobox) is in the public domain, so that should be used instead. —ShadowHalo 04:42, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
