[edit] Summary

John Brooke-Little, dressed in a tabard while serving as Norroy and Ulster King of Arms. The image is from the cover of a book, though it is retained as a crown copyright. At the time of the photograph, the subject was a member of the Royal Household of Queen Elizabeth. As this image is being used in the article discussing John Brooke-Little and is not being used in a misleading way, and I believe its use is fair.
