Joey Epstein

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Joseph "Joey the Rat" Epstein is a recurring fictional character played by Blake Soper on the television sitcom Boy Meets World.

Joey "The Rat" Epstein is a bully and failing student at John Adams High School. He usually is found hanging out with Frankie "The Enforcer" and acting as Harley Keiner's lackey. He even admits that he has no life of his own. He, for a few episodes, while Harley was in reform school served Griff Hawkins. Usually in his partnership with Frankie, Joey plays the role of "the brains" to Frankie's "the brawn" although Joey doesn't appear to be any more intelligent than Frankie.

Joey finally graduated in 1998 along with Frankie (and Cory Matthews and his friends. He was apparently held back a number of years as he was an upperclassman when Cory and Shawn began high school.

Joey speaks with a almost high-pitch Philidelpian accent. Somewhat like that of someone from Brooklyn. Cory once had to fight him in the episode "The Thrilla' in Philla'" so he could get on the wrestling team.
