He earned his bachelor of Arts and Master Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
[edit] Law Career
He was formerly dean of the Nassau Academy of Law, the continuing legal education arm of the Nassau County Bar Association, as well as president of the Nassau County Bar Association.
[edit] Authorship
He writes a regular column on Civil Procedure for The Nassau Lawyer, and is a contributor to One on One, the publication of the New York State Bar Association General Practice Section.

He currently serves as an adjunct faculty professor at Touro Law School.
