Joe Rose (actor)

Joe Rose is probably most well known for playing Troy, the sloppy joe guy in the TV show Scrubs. He along with the janitor attempt to make JD's life a living hell.

Joe has also been in many different movies. He played Cole in the recent movie Ghosts Never Sleep and also did stunts for Arizona Werewolf.

Rose has also appeared in an episode of Desperate Housewives as the Repo Man.
