Joe Oriolo

Joseph "Joe" Oriolo (b. 21 February 1913, Union City, New Jersey – d. 25 December 1985, Hackensack, New Jersey) was an American cartoon animator, writer, director and producer.
He created and animated Casper the Friendly Ghost, and was the animator of Felix the Cat cartoons for television in the 1950s as the protege of Otto Messmer, Felix's creator (see [1]).
