Joseph Hahn, a.k.a. Mr. Hahn (born March 15, 1977), is the DJ for the American nu-metal/rapcore band Linkin Park.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Hahn is a second-generation Korean American. He was raised in Glendale, California. In his high school years, he did football and track, mostly pole vaulting, at Hoover High School. After graduation, he took interest in visual arts and attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California with soon to be fellow Linkin Park bandmate, Mike Shinoda. His intended field of study was illustration but he decided to drop out to pursue a career overseeing special effects in television shows and movies such as The X-Files, Sphere and Dune.

He joined Linkin Park (then called Xero) in 1996 as the band's DJ. Since then, he has directed music videos for most singles of his band, with the exceptions of One Step Closer, Crawling and Faint. He has also directed videos for Static-X, Story of the Year and Alkaline Trio. Hahn is also known to play the guitar and has occasionally traded instruments with guitarist Brad Delson during Linkin Park concerts.

Hahn is known to be an avid fan of electronic and drum n bass music. In the past, he has acknowledged Aphex Twin as being one of his biggest influences.

Hahn is known for his sarcastic and dry sense of humor during interviews. One of his inside jokes is a second personality of Hahn's who goes by the name of "Remy." Remy can be heard speaking in the beginning of Hahn's solo song, "Cure for the Itch" on Hybrid Theory [citation needed]

As bandmates Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda are currently busy with side-projects, Hahn is busy doing his own side-projects. Recently, he shot a mini-film called The Seed in Los Angeles, California and plans to enter it in the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. He is also working on Kung Fu High School and King Rat, which is an adaptation of the novel by China Miéville. Hahn was introduced to "King Rat" by his personal manager.[citation needed]

He has just recently opened a small clothing store called "Suru" in the Los Angeles fashion district. [citation needed]
