Joe is a character from Capcom's fighting game Street Fighter.
Joe is a kickboxer from the United States. He fought in the first World Warrior tournament to get stronger.

- Official artwork for a Street Fighter poster shows Joe wearing striped pants instead of plain red pants, wrappings around his hands and different foot wear.
- Capcom originally planned to use Joe in Street Fighter Alpha 3 but changed him to Cody Travers instead.
- Joe's stage is in front of some heavily graffitied and damaged trains. This stage was somewhat emulated in Street Fighter Alpha.
- There is a "secret file" in Street Fighter III where Joe can be seen with several others characters from Street Fighter and Final Fight. [1]
