[edit] Summary

This is a promotional photograph of Joe Bevilacqua, available at the comedyorama.com website. The location of the actual file is here: http://www.comedyorama.com/joe/graphics-joe-2/joe-headshot-bw-sm.jpg and it also appears in the "press kit" area of the same website here: http://www.comedyorama.com/cor-press/JOE-Kean-article-01of02-med.jpg

The photograph in particular is primarily used in "press kits" mailed out to media, agents, publishers, etc., and therefore is valid for "fair use."

But just in case, I also got permission for this photo to be used on Wikipedia from Mr. Joe Bevilacqua himself.
