Jocelyne Lanois

Jocelyne Lanois is a Canadian musician, bassplayer, songwriter , who has been a member of the bands Martha and the Muffins and Crash Vegas. She is the sister of legendary record producer Daniel Lanois, and was partner to producer, musician and Boy's Brigade, founder Malcolm Burn, collaborating on his solo release, Redemption, while they together operated the experimental Lab Studio. Jocelyne went on to develope a career in scoring music for short films and documentaries , in addition to touring stints as bassplayer with Ani Difranco and Chris Whitley.
