Jobber's Wood

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jobber’s Wood is a large outdoor sports facility opened in 2001 by the then Minister for Sport Kate Hoey that forms part of The Bishop's Stortford High School’s sports facilities. A pavilion is on site to provide indoor accommodation.

Jobber’s Wood is just over four miles from the main school site by road. The PE and sports facilities on the School’s site, excluding Jobber’s Word, include a shared, community sports hall that opened in 1984, a gym, another field – complete with a modern pavilion that opened in 1995 – and playground areas.
