Joannie Rochette (born on January 13, 1986 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian figure skater. She is a two-time Canadian National Champion. Rochette finished in fifth place at the 2006 Winter Olympics. At the 2006 World Championships, Rochette lead after the qualifying round, but mistakes in her short and long programs left her in 7th overall.
Rochette is the first Canadian female skater to have won at Nationals at all three levels (Novice, Junior, and Senior Ladies).
