Joan Welles, 9th Baroness Willoughby de Eresby (died before 23 January 1475) was an English baroness. She was the daughter of Richard Welles, 7th Baron Welles and Joan Willoughby, 7th Baroness Willoughby de Eresby, and sister of Robert Welles, 8th Baron Willoughby de Eresby.

On her brother's death in 1470, she succeeded him as 9th Baroness Willoughby de Eresby.

After 20 March 1470, she was married to Richard Hastings, 1st Baron Welles, who was created Baron Welles after the attainder of her father and the forfeiture of the barony. The remained childless, so the barony was inherited by her distant cousin, Christopher Willoughby, of Parham.
