Jo Caulfield (born 1965 in Wales) is a British stand-up comedian and comedy writer.

She has appeared at major comedy clubs, both in the UK and overseas, and has completed three nationwide tours, in support of Graham Norton, Puppetry of the Penis, and Rory Bremner. For the last four years, Jo has taken her solo stand-up comedy show to the Edinburgh Fringe.

She has been a Comedy Writer/Programme Consultant for all five series of the BAFTA Award-winning So Graham Norton. She was also head writer for Ruby Wax's Waiting Game.

Jo's own TV appearances include Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Stand-up Show, The Comedy Store, The World Stands Up, Take the Mike, and Stitch-Up.

She has been a regular guest on many radio shows: It's Been a Bad Week, The Fred MacCauley Show, The Motion Show, Parsons and Naylor's Pull-Out Section, Quote... Unquote, The Sunday Programme (LBC Radio), The Now Show and Twenty Twenty. Jo recorded her own Radio 4 comedy series: It's That Jo Caulfield Again, which was broadcast from September, 2005.

Jo is also as TV warm-up artist, and is the regular warm-up for V Graham Norton. Other TV shows she works on include: Alistair McGowan's Big Impression, Bremner, Bird and Fortune, Gimme Gimme Gimme, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, and Perfect World.

Acting credits include Family Affairs, Days Like These, Beast, and Get Real.
