I’m new here as an contributor. I have been following Wikipedia for some time, so after taken much I think it’s time to give back what ever I can.

I’m from Lisbon (Portugal), I’m a graduate in Agronomic Engineering and have just completed a Master in Olive growing and Olive oil Technology at the University of Perugia in Italy.
In a (hopefully) near future I want to have my own farm and produce organic olive oil and cheese.

My main interests are, obviously olive oil and everything that concerns it; other food products like cheese, honey, beer, wine, mead, liquors; beekeeping and other subjects. I hope to contribute in other subjects has History of Portugal, particularly pre-roman times, and in subjects concerning Portugal in general and of my second home Umbria.
