Short answer: no. Long answer: This is a shared IP belonging to the Education Department of Aberdeenshire and involves more than one user. Granted, virtually all of the activity from this IP has been puerile vandalism; still, it's very infrequent and hardly worth a long-term block. The only way that would happen, anyway, is if a Department administrator contacted WP:ABUSE and requested the block; we would then take steps to verify this person's identity before proceeding.
