Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada (born Jose Pimentel Ejercito on February 17, 1963) is a senator in the Philippines. He is the son of former President Joseph Estrada and mother, fellow senator Luisa Ejercito-Estrada.
He was born Jose Ejercito in Manila, Philippines. He attended elementary and high school at the Ateneo de Manila University, and obtained a degree in economics from the University of the Philippines. He was mayor of San Juan from 1992 until 2001. He was elected to the senate in 2004, where his term is set to expire in 2010.
Estrada is a co-accused in a PhP 4.1 billion plunder case for allegedly accepting bribes related to jueteng operations. The case is pending as of 2005.
Estrada married Presentacion "Precy" Vitug Ejercito in 1989, with whom he has three children.

- Has been involved in Philippine basketball for the seven years. From 1999-2001, he was the team manager of the San Juan Knights in the now-defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association. In 2006, he accepted the post as the new president of the Basketball Association of the Philippines.
- Now has 4 children which are, Janella "Jel" Marie Vitug Ejercito, Joseph "Jolo" Luis Vitug Ejercito, Julian Emilio Vitug Ejercito and Jil Marie Vitug Ejercito.
