Jin Kobayashi (小林尽 Kobayashi Jin?, born May 25, 1977) is a mangaka. His most famous work so far is School Rumble, which has run in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2002. Natsu no Arashi, another manga by him, started at Square Enix's Gangan Wing recently.

Kobayashi began drawing manga seriously during his college years, and won the Weekly Shounen Magazine's Rookie Award in 2001, allowing him to serialize School Rumble.

He has made some cameos appearance in the School Rumble anime, playing the voice of Sailor F in two episodes, and being the narrator in the pre-historic segment in the OVA.
