[edit] Personal Information
A Wikipedia browser since 2003 and contributor since 2005, I live in Seattle and have a fairly diverse educational, work and interest background. I have a M.A. degree in Sociology, this degree focusing primarily on qualitative research methods, symbolic interactionism, social constructionism, and the sociology of organizations. I also have a law degree (J.D.) and have practiced in a variety of litigation areas with a special interest in employment law. Separate from the law degree and practice, I have training and experience as a mediator, and hope to bring my conflict resolution experience to the Wikipedia community (as soon as I understand the community a bit better).
My interests include my children, conflict resolution, civil & human rights, the organization of information, religions, current events, aircraft, science fiction in all forms, and spy & mystery fiction.
