When does Oberstar reside in his "home" in Minnesota? The house is an old, unmaintained shack, currently assessed at $37,900. [[1]] (See Parcel 060-0020-04535.) It is not habitable. Perhaps someone in the area could take a photo of Rep. Oberstar's "home" in Chisholm and include it with the article.
