Jim Post

Jim Post (born October 28, 1939) folk singer, composer, playwright and actor. He was well-known in the late-1960s for his rock song, "Reach Out In The Darkness," recorded by the group Friend and Lover, of which he was a member. He performed as a folk singer through the Midwest in the 1970s and 1980s, and through the 1990s and 2000s in one man shows as Mark Twain. Also well-known for performances of children's songs. Post lives in Galena, IL with his wife Janet.
