Jim Moret

Jim Moret is currently the chief correspondent for television's Inside Edition. Moret has been a veteran covering entertainment news for over 20 years. Before joining Inside Edition, Moret was probably best known for anchoring CNN’s coverage of the O.J. Simpson criminal trial in 1995 and hosting Showbiz Today. After leaving CNN, Moret hosted a series of specials for ABC, and for three years co-hosted the Academy Awards pre-show for the network. He was also been an anchor on the KTLA Morning News in Los Angeles, and on Fox 5’s Good Day New York. He is a visiting professor at UCLA, where he is teaching a course in the Department of Communications.

Also the son of actor James Darren, Moret currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
