Jill Taylor is a fictional character in the TV sitcom Home Improvement played by Patricia Richardson. Her main role is Tim Taylor's wife. She is also the mother of Brad, Randy, and Mark Taylor. She grew up moving around, because of her father being in the military. A running gag in the show is her cooking talent, or lack thereof.

She has a degree in psychology.
