Jill Emery

Jill Emery, born in 1962, is an artist and musician currently based in Los Angeles. She is best known for her time as the bassist for alternative rock band Hole (band) from 1989-1992. She left the band along with drummer Caroline Rue after the release of Hole's debut album Pretty on the Inside. She was replaced by Leslie Hardy. As well as playing in Hole she has played in various other bands such as Mazzy Star, Shadow Projects and Super Heroines.
