Bonjour, my name is Jean-Baptiste and I live in Nantes in western France. I've been editing on the French Wikipedia since October 2005. I make a few translations, place interwikis between French and English articles & add pictures. I mostly like history and cinema.

I was born in Paris on April 26, 1972, I grew up in the picturesque village of Benquet (Gascony), not far from the Spanish border. I have studied at the business college of the University of Cincinnati, I had a great time there. I work now for the port authority of Nantes as an engineer (44 is not my age but the département code of Nantes).

Beside editing on Wikipedia, which I enjoy, I like visiting places, reading about History, learning new things, watching movies, spending summer holidays in the sunny beaches of Mimizan, dinning out & drinking good wine (my favorite is Côte de Bourg & other Bordeaux wines), riding mountain bike.
