From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

She is a pretty famous singer in Bangladesh, and has her own published discography. Please don't be so trigger happy, and have a look at the below. --Peripatetic 11:37, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

156 Google hits... Hmm, debatable as to whether this should stay or not. J.J.Sagnella 12:57, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
the google test doesn't prove anything. not even 1% of the bangladeshi population (of 150 million) uses the internet, so their culture - literature, poetry, songs, dance, drama - none of it is adequately represented on the net. does that mean they won't get their own articles? or is google the only test of notability? something about systemic bias here...
p.s. i am a long term user here, have created close to a hundred articles over the last 18 months, so i'm not really in the habit of polluting WP with non-notable trivia :) -- Peripatetic 13:13, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Okay then, the article should be kept. J.J.Sagnella 14:57, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
