[edit] Shutdown Statement

Umm the statement about the shutdown occurring the "Friday morning before the March Break holiday season" - which province's March Break is being referred to? There are at least 2 provinces which do not have their March Breaks next week so I don't think this is a valid statement or it sounds centric to the writer's particular province.Plasma east 07:28, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
