[edit] Sockpuppet Beaumontproject
I notice you banned a sockpuppet {Bangomcgurk} of Beaumontproject. It would appear that this is also a sockpuppet of Vintagekits. Evidence: History page of Joseph MacManus @ 11:22, 17 November 2006. Note that Beaumontproject replies stating they were happy with my edits but I'd been negotiating with user Vintagekits. Also, banjomcgurk puts in an appearance above. This is more serious now as the two usernames are backing each other (at least one concurrent post) here: wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (Ireland-related articles)#IRA articles: usage of the word "volunteer" Weggie 22:27, 4 December 2006 (UTC) Can you advise please?
- I did not ban the sock. William M. Connolley did that. I found out that Mr. Connolley forgot to mark the userpage of the sockpuppet, and I did that for him. If you want to see the block log of a user, navigate to the user's user page, type
Special:Log/block
into the search box and click "Go", and then type "User:USERNAME" in the Title field. The User field should be left blank unless you wish to view the blocks by a particular administrator, in which case you must omit theUser:
prefix. Some users, like me, like to pick up after administrative goofs like failing to leave a sockpuppet tag on the sockpuppet's user page. Jesse Viviano 22:47, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Joke Edits
Hey thanks for the accusation, but actually "my" pun on the Trojan Horse page got inadvertently thrown in as a result of my removal of the phrase "suck my ball motherfucker" or something to that effect. I reverted the page but didn't notice the joke was in the previous edit. Eh, no hard feelings. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 64.113.88.220 (talk) 02:13, 7 December 2006 (UTC).
[edit] Primetime on the march (Likely into a trashcan this time)!
I've notified Commons about their subtle invasion by Primetime here. I invite you to comment or do whatever to ensure that if this is Primetime (I'm nearly certain of it), his latest run of plagairism will end soon there too. 68.39.174.238 04:37, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Change in article "Syntactic Sugar"
You changed the array access example in the article "Syntactic Sugar" to include "sizeof(POINTER)". Also "sizeof(OBJECT_IN_ARRAY)" is incorrect. These changes are plain wrong, please restore the previous state. Adding on pointers operates on the size of the referenced objects, NOT on bytes.
