Jessica Wallack is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at the University of California, San Diego. Her research interests are split between Latin America and India and she recently co-edited "Federalism and Economic Reform: International Perspectives" and earned a B.A. at Harvard University, and a Ph.D. at Stanford University.
