Jessica Tovey is an Australian actress. She currently plays the role Susan "Belle" Taylor on the long-running Australian soap opera Home and Away. She was born in Sydney on 10 November 1987 and recently graduated from the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, where she appeared in a number of stage productions. She was a part of the NSW State Drama Company and played numerous theatre roles, including the lead in a New Theatre Production of Seven Little Australians. Her TV debut came in 2005 when she played Nadine in Wicked Science.

She is also the spokesperson for Impulse's new deodorant Impulse tease, with the catch phrase "Tease the boys and make them sigh"

Jessica's character Belle Taylor in Home and Away forms a relationship with Ric and soon, they are dating. But after a misunderstanding about Ric spending more time with ex girlfriend Cassie, the pair split only for Belle to be lost in the bush after a horrific helicopter crash. After finding out witch Amanda is her mother, she is mortified, but Amanda receives a sign from Belle stating she is alive in the bush and rescues them. She then wants Ric back and then discovers he is back with ex Cassie and pulls stunts to win him back. She nearly succeeds but Ric learns of her devious ways and she kisses Drew. Amanda and Belle form a relationship, but later on, Amanda is hurt when she discovers Belle has played her for a fool. Soon after, Drew and Belle are dating, but when is caught in a compromising position in which he accidentally sees a naked Amanda, he falls for her. He loses interest in Belle and dumps her for another woman, obviously Amanda. Drew and Amanda begin their affair. Little do they know someone is stalking Drew's every move. After Dan discovers their secret affair, he is unsure whether to tell Belle or not. Belle eventually learns the truth and decides she wants nothing to do with her mother Amanda, her character Belle is currently dating Rhys Wakefield's charater 'Lucas Holden' but is a little unsure as she hear's Lucas tell Bobby Morley's character 'Drew Curtis' that they aren't that serious but as the last episode of Home and Away 2006 showed they were together at the Christmas Party of Lyn Collingwood's character 'Colleen Smart'.
