Jesse M. Martin was a Democratic Governor of the U.S. state of Arkansas.

Jesse M. Martin served as Governor of Arkansas for three days in 1909 after the expiration of the state senate term of Xenophon Overton Pindall, who was acting governor during the unexpired term of John Sebastian Little, who had resigned due to an emotional breakdown.
