Jesse Hernandez is a Mexican American Pro Wrestler, Pro Wrestling Referee,trainer, Actor and owner and promoter of the school of Hardknocks and Empire Wrestling Federation in San Bernardino, California. He has trained or helped train wrestlers such as Melina Perez, Rico Constantino Silver King and Louie Spicolli. He formed the school of Hardknocks with Bill Anderson, who left to form his own training camp.

Jesse has refereed several years for World Wrestling Entertainment, National Wrestling Alliance and Women of Wrestling among others.

Acting roles for Jesse include the films Ed Wood and Body Slam (movie)
