Jerzy Pietrzyk (born 17 April 1955) was a Polish athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.

He competed for a Poland in the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 4 x 400 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Ryszard Podlas, Jan Werner and Zbigniew Jaremski.
