Jerry Zucker (businessman)

Jerry Zucker (b. 1949) is an American businessman. A graduate of the University of Florida with a triple major Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, chemistry, and physics, and MS in Electrical Engineering, Zucker resides in Charleston, South Carolina. He was born in Israel.

He is president and CEO of InterTech Group. In 2006 he acquired the Hudson's Bay Company, North America's oldest company.

He had been the President and CEO of the Polymer Group that acquired the Dominion Textile Company of Montreal in 1997. He resigned from Polymer Group in 2003.

Zucker is a part owner of the South Carolina Stingrays of the East Coast Hockey League.

Jerry Zucker is ranked #354 on Forbes 400 Richest Americans and #746 on Forbes Billionaire List 2006.
