Jerome Conley (born 1966, Muncie, Indiana) is the current Mayor of Oxford, Ohio. He is an interim Assistant Dean and coordinating head of special libraries at Miami University of Ohio.

Conley is serving his second term on the Oxford City Council and has been Mayor since November 2003.

He is a graduate of Indiana University.
