Jeremy Robert Cain (born December 8, 1981 in Boynton Beach, Florida) is an American football linebacker for the Chicago Bears of the NFL. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Massachusetts.

Cain attended Saint Thomas Aquinas High School (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) as a senior after attending Taravella High School (Coral Springs, Florida) for three years, and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, as a senior, he garnered first team All-Broward County honors and third team All-State honors.
