Jeremy Bridges (born April 19, 1980 in McComb, MS) is a National Football League offensive linemen for the Carolina Panthers.

Bridges attended South Pike High School (McComb, Mississippi) and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, he was named the Pike County Player of the Year as a senior. Jeremy Bridges graduated from South Pike High School in 1998.
