Jens Arne Svartedal (born February 14, 1976) is a Norwegian cross-country skier who has competed since 1996. He won a silver medal in the Team sprint event at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin.
Svartedal's best finish at the Nordic skiing World Championships was an 11th in the sprint event in 2003. He has 16 cross country victories, mostly in the sprint races since 2001.
