Jenny Lamy (born February 28, 1949) is a former Australian sprinter.

After winning the federal championships and the Australian championship she competed at the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston, Jamaica, and won a silver medal in the 220 yards race behind countrywoman Dianne Burge. At the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City she won a bronze medal in 200 metres behind the Polish gold medalist Irena Szewińska and another Australian, Raelene Boyle.
