Jelcz-Laskowice

Jelcz-Laskowice (German: Jeltsch-Laskowitz) is a town in Poland, in Lower Silesia, in Oława County, on the Oder River, about 20 km east of Wrocław. It has 15,271 inhabitants (2004).
The town was created in 1987 by combining Jelcz (German: Jeltsch) and Laskowice (German: Laskowitz). It is known primarily for its large bus factory, Jelcz SA.
