[edit] Dedication

Was it true that the memorial was dedicated on the 200th anniversary of Jefferson's birth, or am I making that up? Mike H 11:44, Nov 20, 2004 (UTC)

Well, yeah. It says so in the article. --TheCoffee 13:57, 1 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Infobox and image placement

I just added the protected area infobox to the page, and had a particularly tough time adjusting the images -- trying to get a good one near the top left. The problem mostly comes from the long Table of Contents. I did a much better job just now on the Lincoln Memorial, but the best solution for this one eluded me. If anyone has a better idea for image placement, please give it a try. — Eoghanacht talk 22:43, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

I just uploaded a number of photos from the 2006 Cherry Blossoms. Gallery -- These photos primarily include the Tidal Basin, Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, FDR Memorial, and National Mall. If you have any specific requests for images, just leave a message on my Talk page I should be able to get those by mid-June. Provide as much detail as you can for what you are looking for in the image. --Thisisbossi 04:33, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
