Jeffrey Lieber
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jeffrey Lieber is an American screenwriter for both television and film. He was born in Evanston, Illinois, United States, and is credited as a co-creator of the television series Lost.
Lieber has also written the scripts for the movies Tuck Everlasting and Tangled, and produced the video game Blue Heat: The Case of the Cover Girl Murders.
[edit] Trivia
- ABC hired Lieber as one of the first writers to write a pilot for Lost. Unhappy with Lieber's and other writers subsequent efforts, ABC approached J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof to write a pilot for the show. Lieber (apart from his rejected script) has not had any input into Lost, creative or otherwise. However, due to legalities, he has to be recognised as a creator of the show.
