Jefferson College (known more informally as JeffCo) is a public, two-year community college located in Hillsboro, Missouri. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

Jefferson College was founded in 1963. It is coeducational and has a semester-based academic calendar. It was granted a Phi Theta Kappa chapter in 1965.

In addition to the main campus in Hillsboro, JeffCo operates two additional sites: the North Campus in Arnold and the Northwest Campus in High Ridge (the latter will eventually move to a 22-acre site on Route 30).

Its athletic teams are known as the Vikings.
